Three services, each scoped to one stage of hiring

An overview of what is available, so you can see which stage of your process each service addresses before looking closer.

A brief introduction

Each of the three services below addresses a different point in the hiring process — intake, interviews, or a review of the process as a whole. Most teams start with whichever stage is currently taking up the most time, though there is no requirement to choose in any particular order.

If it is not clear which one fits, the guidance further down this page may help, or you are welcome to write to us directly.

How to choose

If applications feel scattered

Application Handling Setup is usually the more relevant starting point, particularly above fifty applications per opening.

If interviews are hard to recall accurately

Interview Record Support addresses the gap between a fast-moving conversation and a record that panels can rely on afterward.

If openings are taking longer to fill

A Hiring Process Review is often the clearest place to start when the slowdown is not yet understood.

If none of these describe your situation exactly, we are glad to help you think it through before you decide anything.

On investment

Each price above reflects the full scope of that service, including setup, testing, and the written procedure delivered at the end. There are no recurring fees built into these prices; any ongoing work beyond the stated scope would be discussed and agreed separately.

Questions before deciding

Can we start with just one service?

Yes. Each service is scoped and priced on its own, and most clients begin with a single stage before considering another.

Do you work with companies outside Fukuoka?

Yes, setup and interviews are conducted online where needed, so location is rarely a limiting factor.

What happens after the written procedure is delivered?

Your team takes over running the process. We remain reachable for questions, though no ongoing access is required.

How are applicant records handled?

Only for the setup you ask for, on your instructions. The written scope names where records are stored, who can open them and how long they are kept, and our Privacy Policy explains the general approach.
